The LSG-1890B Series is an automatic rotation luminaire goniophotometer for measuring photometric parameters of luminaires including LED road lighting fixtures, indoor lighting fixtures and projecting lighting fixtures. Measured data meets IES standard format and is directly applicable in lighting design software.
The series uses Japanese MITSUBISHI servo motors and a German angle decode system. It performs B-β testing with two pillars and C-γ testing with a single pillar and multi-function jigs. The tested luminaire rotates through (γ)±180° (or 0–360°) while also rotating around itself through (C)±180° (or 0–360°). Photometry uses a Class A Constant Temperature Photo Detector (Class L optional).
Two sizes are available: LSG-1890B is the full-size model (2000mm diameter, 60kg, 0.1° angle accuracy); LSG-1800A is the mid-range model (1600mm diameter, 50kg, 0.2° angle accuracy) for smaller luminaires or where the tighter accuracy of the 1890B isn't required. All other measurement parameters, software and export capabilities are identical.
Data is exported as IES, LDT, CIE, CIB, TM4, CEN and Excel formats for use in DiaLux. UV photo detectors are optionally available for UVA (320–400nm), UVB (275–320nm) and UVC (200–275nm) testing.
