By placing an order with Finch, the Customer agrees to these documents.
1. DEFINITIONS
ACL means the Australian Consumer Law contained in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
Finch means Yi-Lun Elaine Chia trading as Finch Electronic Solutions (ABN 47 182 085 471).
Customer means any person or entity purchasing Goods or Services from Finch.
Goods means products, electronic components, materials, or equipment supplied by Finch.
Services means services provided by Finch including procurement coordination, electronics manufacturing coordination, and EMC consultation.
2. COMPONENT AUTHENTICITY
Finch sources electronic components from suppliers believed to be reputable and reliable.
Finch is not responsible for failures resulting from manufacturing defects, supplier errors, or counterfeit components that could not reasonably have been identified at the time of supply.
3. CUSTOMER SUPPLIED COMPONENTS
Where the Customer provides components or a bill of materials (BOM), the Customer remains responsible for their accuracy and suitability.
Finch is not responsible for failures or delays resulting from incorrect part numbers, incompatible components, obsolete parts, or errors in Customer supplied documentation.
4. PRODUCTION YIELD
Electronics manufacturing processes may involve normal variations in production yield.
Where manufacturing or assembly is performed by third‑party suppliers, Finch does not guarantee manufacturing yield.
5. GLOBAL COMPONENT SHORTAGE
In the event of semiconductor shortages, supplier allocation, supply chain disruption, or manufacturer specification changes, Finch may revise pricing, delivery schedules, or substitute components where commercially reasonable.
Finch is not liable for delays, allocation restrictions, or price changes arising from global component shortages or supplier actions.
These terms may be updated from time to time. The version published on the Finch Electronic Solutions website at the time of order will apply.
