The IS-MT Constant Temperature Integrating Sphere is designed to meet IEC standard requirements specifying 25°C test temperature. High-power lamps such as HID lamps and LED outdoor luminaires generate significant heat during testing, causing the sphere interior temperature to exceed IEC requirements. The IS-MT maintains constant air temperature throughout the test.
Temperature range: 25°C–55°C (referenced to ambient 25°C). Temperature increasing tolerance: ±1°C; temperature-down tolerance: ±2°C. BaSO4 material: ρ(λ)≥0.96 (450–800nm); ρ(λ)≥0.92 (380–450nm). Fine diffuse reflectance ρ≈0.8.
Available diameters: IS-0.3MT to IS-2.0MT. All include built-in lamp jigs (E40/E27, T5/T8/T12, LED streetlamp holder), cross laser for centering, power cable and socket, two photo detector ports, one optical fibre port and one temperature sensor port. Auxiliary lamp position built-in.
Flux ranges: IS-0.3MT/0.5MT: 0.001–1,999lm; IS-1.0MT: 0.1–199,990lm; IS-1.5MT/1.75MT: 0.1–1,999,900lm; IS-2.0MT: 0.1–1,999,900lm.
