Non-destructive internal resistance testing for lead-acid and lithium battery cells and packs.
Rising internal resistance is one of the earliest warning signs of battery degradation — it shows falling capacity and a weakening ability to deliver current under load, often long before a cell or pack fails outright. Internal resistance testers measure this non-destructively, without discharging or disconnecting the battery, making them the standard tool for routine health checks on UPS strings, telecom back-up banks, EV and stationary energy storage packs, and everyday lead-acid or lithium cells in the field.
The range below spans handheld units built for quick spot-checks through to high-voltage and multi-channel benchtop systems designed for pack-level and production-line testing.
