By placing an order with Finch, the Customer agrees to these documents.
1. DEFINITIONS
ACL means the Australian Consumer Law contained in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
Finch means Yi-Lun Elaine Chia trading as Finch Electronic Solutions (ABN 47 182 085 471).
Customer means any person or entity purchasing Goods or Services from Finch.
Goods means products, electronic components, materials, or equipment supplied by Finch.
Services means services provided by Finch including procurement coordination, electronics manufacturing coordination, and EMC consultation.
2. ENGINEERING DISCLAIMER
Engineering advice, EMC consultation, and technical recommendations are provided in good faith based on available information.
Finch does not guarantee regulatory approval, certification outcomes, or compliance results.
3. NO PRODUCT DESIGN RESPONSIBILITY
Finch does not design electronic products unless expressly agreed in writing.
The Customer remains responsible for product design, system architecture, safety compliance, and regulatory certification.
4. SYSTEM INTEGRATION RESPONSIBILITY
The Customer remains solely responsible for the design, integration, validation, certification, and safe operation of any final product or system incorporating Goods or Services supplied by Finch.
5. DESIGN VALIDATION DISCLAIMER
Finch may identify apparent issues in Customer supplied documentation but is not obligated to validate Customer designs, specifications, or engineering documentation.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property rights in Customer supplied designs, documentation, specifications, and technical materials remain the property of the Customer.
Finch will use such information solely for the purpose of supplying Goods or Services.
These terms may be updated from time to time. The version published on the Finch Electronic Solutions website at the time of order will apply.
