Overview
IEC 62368-1 is the hazard-based safety standard for audio/video, information and communication technology equipment, replacing IEC 60950-1 and IEC 60065. Its Annex V defines the probes used to decide which parts are accessible to ordinary, instructed and skilled persons.
The SMT-0368K provides the Annex V probe set: the straight and jointed test probes of Figures V.1 and V.2, the blunt probe of Figure V.3, the wedge probe of Figure V.4 and a 1mm terminal probe, so accessibility can be assessed to the current standard.
