Overview
The MEWOI-AI5500 and MEWOI28 are the same camera sold under two model numbers: a pistol-grip thermal imager for electricians, maintenance technicians and building inspectors who need to scan whole switchboards, motors or walls at once rather than taking one spot reading at a time.
Its 220×160 detector (35,200 pixels) with 0.07°C thermal sensitivity resolves small temperature differences such as a loose termination or a failing bearing. A centre-point cursor gives the temperature of any target, and a built-in visible-light camera records a matching photo so each thermal image can be located in a report. Images are saved as JPG to 3GB of internal memory and downloaded over USB.
