Programmable Temperature and Humidity Cycling, from Bench-Top to Walk-In Scale
Temperature and humidity cycling is the baseline environmental qualification test for most electronic, automotive, and industrial products — verifying that a design tolerates the range of climatic conditions it will actually see in service, from cold storage and transport through to hot, humid operating environments. It's the test most other environmental profiles (thermal shock, rapid change, corrosion) build on rather than replace.
Sonacme's range spans four chamber formats so equipment can be matched to the test article rather than over- or under-specifying capacity: a bench-top chamber for small components, a standard chamber line available in five working volumes from 64L to 1000L, a double-layer chamber that stacks two independent test spaces in one footprint, and walk-in rooms from 8m³ to 24m³ for full assemblies or batch testing. All models offer a working range down to -70°C (bench-top: -40°C) and up to +150°C or +180°C on request, with humidity control to 98%RH, and are programmed for multi-step profiles to the common IEC 60068-2 series, GB/T, and MIL-STD-810 test methods.
