Output Voltage DC 0~13V, Rated Output Current 50mA, Resolution 100μV (ATS-1100V, 5½ digits) or 10μV (ATS-1200V, 6½ digits)
Some calibration and reference tasks operate at a smaller voltage scale than a general precision source is built for — low-voltage sensor calibration, precision analog circuit verification, and reference-grade voltage generation for lab instrumentation often call for very fine resolution within a modest voltage range, rather than a wide range at coarser resolution. Aigtek's ATS-1000V is built specifically for this segment: a reference voltage source covering 0-13V output with resolution down to 10μV.
The ATS-1100V offers 5½-digit resolution (100μV) and the ATS-1200V 6½-digit resolution (10μV), with 24-hour stability of ±(20ppm + 200μV) and ±(4ppm + 30μV) respectively, and a rated output current of 50mA is sized appropriately for reference and calibration applications rather than general power delivery — this is a source built to be an accurate, stable voltage reference, not a bench supply asked to also handle load. Low output noise keeps the reference clean enough that it doesn't become the limiting factor in whatever downstream measurement it's supporting.
The straightforward LCD panel interface keeps routine operation simple, which matters for an instrument used repeatedly in a calibration or reference role where ease of use across many test cycles counts as much as raw specification.

Below 2V, the ATS-2000V's lower ranges resolve more finely (down to 2μV on its 200mV range). The ATS-1100V offers 100μV resolution.
A reference voltage source is built primarily for output accuracy and stability at a defined operating point, used to calibrate other instruments or provide a known, trustworthy voltage for a measurement setup — as distinct from a general power supply's role of delivering adjustable power to run a circuit or device.
50mA rated output current — sized for reference and calibration applications where the source is providing a precise voltage rather than driving significant load, consistent with its role as a precision reference rather than a general-purpose power delivery instrument.
