Overview
The TMP-L Lamp Cap Temperature Rise Test System (equipped with a wind shield) is designed for temperature rise testing of lamp burners and lamp caps. The wind shield prevents air convection interference during testing while isolating light source thermal radiation effects on the test sample, providing stable conditions for testing operating temperature, ambient temperature and temperature rise.
Must be used in conjunction with the LISUN TMP-8 Multiplex Temperature Tester.
Three sizes: TMP-LS (inner 900×900×900mm, outer 1200×1200×1150mm); TMP-LM (inner 1200×1000×1800mm, outer 1500×1300×1950mm); TMP-LB (inner 1800×1800×1800mm, outer 2100×2100×1950mm). Interlayer spacing: 150mm. Mesh hole diameter: 1–2mm. Small hole area: 40% ±5%. Lamp cap models: Nickel-Ring Lamp Caps E14, E27, E40, B22d.
