Overview

The Mactron MT-UV Station UV Laser Marker uses a 355nm ultraviolet laser source for ultra-fine cold marking of heat-sensitive and delicate materials. The photo-chemical (cold) marking process causes negligible heat-affected zone — the material surface is modified without burning, deforming or damaging the substrate.

Power options: 3W, 5W, 8W, 10W and 15W. Available as station (MT-UV) or compact inline system (MT-SU). The station model features a closed vertical sliding door design with high-quality optical glass observation window. Optional automatic lifting, autofocusing and rotating functions.

Minimum marking character size: 0.2mm. Excellent for high-contrast markings on sensitive products.

Applications include: glass and transparent materials, silicone, white polyamides, ceramics, medical device marking (without surface damage), pharmaceutical blister packs, sensitive electronics components, flexible circuit boards.

No consumables. Low maintenance cost. Siemens electrical system. EU safety compliant.
