MT-RF — Mactron CO2 Laser Marker

The Mactron MT-RF Series Station CO2 Laser Marker uses imported metal-sealed radio-frequency (RF) CO2 laser sources for marking and engraving of non-metallic and some metal materials. The RF CO2 laser is air-cooled, virtually maintenance-free and significantly reduces processing costs with no consumables.

Available in 10W, 30W, 60W and 100W. The station model features motorised Z axis, safety cover and 24/7 continuous operating capability. Industrial standardisation module design.

Materials: wood, bamboo, paper, cardboard, leather, acrylic, ABS, PVC, epoxy resin, glass, building ceramics, rubber, organic materials and some metals.

Industries: food and beverage packaging, pharmaceutical, electrical, plastic processing, fruits and vegetables, printing and packaging, signage.

Workstation variant (MT-RF-WS: MT-RF10-WS / MT-RF30-WS / MT-RF60-WS / MT-RF100-WS) adds electric lift door for fully enclosed operation. Suitable for harsh environments with dust and humidity.
