Overview

The Mactron MT-F Series Station Fiber Laser Marker is an industrial-grade marking workstation for high-performance batch marking of metals and plastics. Equipped with premium optical components including fiber laser and scanning galvanometer from world-leading brands, ensuring superior performance and reliability.

Key features: Non-contact permanent marking process; 100,000-hour laser lifetime; Built-in DSP chipset with industrial embedded OS running MacMark software; Siemens electrical system; EU safety regulations (Performance Level D); Optional CCD vision system, PLC automatic loading, automatic focus and assembly line integration.

Power range: MT-F20 (20W) through MT-F300 (300W). The workstation model (MT-F-WS) adds automatic Z axis, safety enclosure with electric lift door and work table, ideal for batch processing of small parts in trays/pallets or larger parts requiring multi-position marking.

Software compatible with AutoCAD, CorelDRAW, AI. Supports automatic serial numbers, barcodes, QR codes, date coding. MES system integration available.
