Simultaneous Temperature, Humidity, and Vibration Testing to AGREE and MIL-STD-810 Profiles
Real-world failures often happen from combined stresses rather than a single variable — vibration loosening a connector already weakened by thermal cycling, for example — which is why combined-environment testing exists alongside single-variable chambers. An AGREE chamber runs vibration and climatic (temperature/humidity) stress on a test article at the same time, rather than sequentially, closer to reproducing the compound stress a product experiences in actual transport or operating conditions.
This combined approach is standard practice for avionics, defense, and automotive qualification programs that specify AGREE-profile or MIL-STD-810 Method 520-style combined environment testing, where sequential single-variable testing wouldn't demonstrate compliance with the specified test method. The range is offered in four chamber volumes — 500L, 1000L, 1700L, and 3400L — sized to the test article, from small assemblies to full sub-systems.
