Overview
The ZY-3 Needle Flame Tester is a fire safety testing instrument for electrical/electronics, home appliances, lighting and IT equipment. It simulates micro-flames generated by internal equipment faults (short circuits, component overheating), enabling evaluation of flame resistance and fire safety of products and insulation materials.
Burner angle: adjustable. Burner time: 0–999.9s (±0.1s). Flame height: 12mm ±1mm. Burner gas: ≥95% butane. Temperature range: 0–1000°C. Temperature rise time: 100°C rise to 700°C in 23.5s ±1s. Thermocouple: Ø0.5mm K-type. Large LCD touchscreen with remote control.
ZY-3: with cabinet. ZY-3S: without cabinet (economy).
