ZRS-3H — LISUN Glow Wire Test

The ZRS-3H Glow Wire Test Apparatus evaluates the flame resistance of products and plastic components such as electrical/electronic equipment, home appliances and lighting by simulating a 'glow wire high-temperature contact' scenario. Tests ignition properties, ignition temperature, flammability and flammability index under specific heat loads.

Heating temperature: RT–1100°C (adjustable), accuracy ±3°C, resolution ±1°C. Glow time: 0.1s–999.9s adjustable, accuracy ±0.1s. Ignition time: 0.1s–999.9s. Flame extinction time: 0.1s–999.9s. Glow wire pressure on test sample: 0.95N ±0.1N, pressure limit depth 7mm. Glow wire spec: 80%Ni and 20%Cr with Ø4mm diameter. Thermocouple: Ni-Cr/Ni-Si alloy (K scale) Ø1mm. Large LCD touchscreen with remote control.
