The SY2036 LED aging and life test rack is fully designed to IEC standards and can be customised to customer requirements. It tests all kinds of lamps and luminaires including LED, CFL, HID, and indoor and outdoor lighting.
The system uses a PLC program with an English/Chinese touch screen for easy operation and maintenance. It includes a built-in over-current protection system that alarms and switches off if load current becomes excessive.
Three independent layers, each operable separately. Input power supply AC220V, 50/60Hz, 12kVA minimum (110V optional). Built-in transformers: 0–250V 5kVA and 0–300V 5kVA. Maximum power per EUT: 5kVA and 12A.
EUT capacity: 112pcs B22, 112pcs E27, 36pcs T5/T8/T12 tubes, 22pcs LED panels (customisable). ON/OFF cycle testing programmable via touch screen; test count 0–99,999 (adjustable).
