Overview
The SC-015 Dustproof Test Chamber is designed per IEC60529, GB2423.37-89, GB4208-93, GB/T4942.2-93, GB7000.1-1996, GB7001-1986, DIN40050 and IP5K0. Applied to dust protection testing of electronic/electrical products, lamps, electrical cabinets, automobiles, motorcycles and other products under simulated dust climate conditions.
Temperature range: ambient +5–50°C. Metal screen wire diameter: 50μm; spacing: 75μm. Test dust: dry talc powder. Total test time: 0–999h adjustable. Vibration time: 0–999h adjustable. Vacuum: 0–10kPa adjustable. Pumping speed: 0–4800L/h adjustable. Vibration and heating devices maintain dust in dry state during testing.
Four sizes: SC-500 (800×800×800mm), SC-010 (1000×1000×1000mm), SC-015 (1000×1500×1000mm — dual direction), SC-020 (1000×2000×1000mm — dual direction).
