Overview
The OTC-150A Ozone Test Chamber simulates how ozone oxidises materials in natural environments using a silent discharge tube at controllable concentrations. It pairs with precise temperature-humidity control and has static/dynamic stretching functions to simulate stress-bearing states, with real-time monitoring of ozone concentration, temperature and humidity.
OTC-150A inner: 500×500×600mm. OTC-500A inner: 700×800×900mm. Ozone concentration: 10–1,000pphm (adjustable). Temperature: 0°C–60°C (±1°C). Humidity: 20–90%RH (based on 20–40°C). Sample rotation speed: 8–25mm/s. Test modes: static, dynamic and intermittent dynamic stretching.
Applications include automotive rubber seal ozone cracking resistance, outdoor textiles ozone colour fastness and cable sheath ozone ageing resistance.
