The LS90 Impedance Analyzer measures impedance, inductance, capacitance, and resistance (Z, L, C, R) of passive components across a wide frequency sweep, giving component engineers and QC teams a single bench instrument for characterising components during design validation and incoming inspection.
Configurable test frequency, signal level, and equivalent circuit mode (series/parallel) allow the LS90 to adapt to a wide range of component types, from small-signal inductors and capacitors to transformers and ferrite parts.
