Overview

The LEDRACK-100W192P LED Driver Aging Test Rack is applied to production line testing of finished LED driver products. It combines a LED Driver Aging Rack, Aging Control System (PC and software) and LED Load Modules into a neat, easy-to-operate system that improves production efficiency.

All working conditions are set and monitored via PC software, which records real-time voltage, current and power data for statistical analysis. Load parameters are freely configurable. Load modes include CC (constant current), CV (constant voltage), CR (constant resistance), CP (constant power) and LED.

The aging control system includes ON/OFF control signal output, relay switch control signals and K-type thermocouple temperature acquisition. Channels are parallel-connected under arbitrary load modes, allowing product power expansion. Custom configurations available for different LED driver power ratings.
