JL-X — LISUN IP Waterproof Test

The JL-X (Open Type) and JL-XC (Chamber Type) waterproof test systems cover IPX1 through IPX8 protection testing. The open-type JL-X requires a room for testing large EUT products (LED tubes, outdoor luminaires, household products). The chamber-type JL-XC is self-contained for smaller EUT (electronic components, mobile/communication devices, medical equipment).

System components:

• JL-12 / JL-12CP: Drip Box for IPX1 and IPX2 — 0.4mm holes, 20mm spacing. JL-12: 800×800×45mm. JL-12CP: 600mm or 1200mm square.

• JL-34 / JL-34CP: Swing Pipe Water Spray for IPX3 and IPX4 — 1m semi-diameter, 15mm pipe ID, 120° (IPX3) and 180° (IPX4), 600mm rotating table at 1–5rpm PLC controlled. Chamber versions R200/R400/R600.

• JL-56 / JL-56CP: Waterproof Jet for IPX5 (6.3mm nozzle, 12.5L/min) and IPX6 (12.5mm nozzle, 100L/min). Chamber sizes: 500L, 1000L, 1400L.

• JL-7: Immersion Tank for IPX7 — 1000×1000×1200mm, max 120kg.

• JL-8: Deep Immersion for IPX8 — simulates 0–50m water depth, Ø600mm×1200mm tank, 10 atm.

Can be combined into JL-123456CP all-in-one chamber system.
