JL-9K1L — LISUN IP Waterproof Test

The JL-9K1L High Temperature & Pressure Jet Waterproof Test Chamber is designed per IEC60529, GB4208, DIN40050-9 and ISO20653 for IPX9K protection level testing. It tests vehicle spare parts and electrical/electronic industry products against natural environment and human factors.

Construction: high-quality stainless steel interior and exterior; large glass observation window. Working chamber: 1000×1000×1000mm. Angle of water ring: 0°, 30°, 60°, 90° (adjustable). Testing table load: 15kg, Ø400–500mm. Nozzle distribution (anticlockwise from horizontal): ±0°, ±30°, ±60°, ±90° with valves. Water temperature in tank: 80±5°C (adjustable, with overflow protection). Spraying distance: 100–200mm (adjustable). Spraying pressure: 8,000–10,000kPa (81.5–101.9kg/cm²). Flow: 14–16L/min. Rotating table speed: 5–17r/min.
