Overview
The HVR-LS Horizontal Vertical Flame Tester performs horizontal and vertical flammability testing on materials, assessing flammability levels for electrical equipment and plastic parts. Uses a standard burner and methane/propane gas source.
Test function: horizontal/vertical HB and V-class test, plus optional 5V class. Standard combustion angles: 0°/20°/45°. Flame height: 20–175mm (adjustable). Gas: methane/propane, flow rate 0–1L/min, pressure 0–0.25MPa. Standard burner inner tube diameter: 9.5 ±0.3mm, length 100 ±10mm. Back pressure control: 200mm water column range. Timing parameters: burning/after-flame/after-burning 0–999.9s (accuracy 0.1s). Large LCD touchscreen with remote control.
HVR-LS: with cabinet. HVR-LSS: without cabinet (economy).
