The GDJS Series High & Low Temperature and Humidity Chamber meets IEC60068-2-1 requirements for CFL/LED lamps, electrical products, electronic components and materials.
Chamber body: SUS304 steel. Insulation: polyurethane hard foam and ultra-fine fibre glass. Double-deck ageing silicone rubber door seal. Temperature accuracy 0.1°C; humidity 0.1% R.H. Temperature sensor: PT100. Humidity sensor: Finland brand electronic hygrometer. Heating: Ni-Cr alloy electric heater. Refrigeration: fully enclosed fan-cooled single-stage and cascade, France TECUMSEH compressor. Circulation: temperature-resistant low-noise AC motor with centrifugal wind wheel. Safety: electric leakage, short circuit, over temperature, motor overheating, compressor pressure, overload and over-current protection.
Models and temperature ranges (A=-20°C to 150°C, B=-40°C, C=-60°C, D=-70°C): GDJS-225 (50×60×75cm inner, 7kW), GDJS-500 (70×80×90cm, 13.5kW), GDJS-010 (100×100×100cm, 15kW), GDJS-013 (100×100×130cm, 16.5kW). Humidity range: 30–98% R.H. Temperature fluctuation: ±0.5°C; evenness: ±2°C. Humidity deviation: -2% to -3% R.H. Rise speed: 1.0–3.0°C/min; fall speed: 0.7–1.0°C/min.
