EMS-ISO7637 — LISUN Automotive EMC Immunity Test

Overview

The EMS-ISO7637 Automotive Electronics Immunity Test System is designed per ISO 7637-2:2021 and ISO 7637-3:2016. It simulates common transient conducted interference in automotive power supply systems to evaluate the operational stability of on-board electronic devices (ECUs, sensors, charging stations) in complex electromagnetic environments.

System components: LIS-7600 Multifunctional Immunity Test Host (connects all testers to PC); LIS-7610 P1/2a Simulator (Pulse 1 and 2a); LIS-7620 P2b/4 Simulator (Pulse 2b and 4); LIS-7630 P3 Simulator (Pulse 3a and 3b); LIS-7650 P5a/5b Simulator (Pulse 5a and 5b); LISN200 Artificial Network; TES200N Switch.

Optional accessories: VFTC Direct Capacitive Coupling; F-120-6A Current Injection Probe (slow pulse ICC); FCC-BCICF-1 Bulk Current Injection Probe Fixtures (ICC calibration); ICC-AC Inductive Coupling Clamp Adaptor; DCC-100 Direct Capacitive Coupling; CASE-19 19-inch Cabinet.
