The LS-B60 Circuit Breaker Tripping Characteristic Testing System is a professional device for circuit breaker performance testing, using PLC intelligent integrated control and a touchscreen human-machine interface. The equipment combines a test chamber and testing machine with built-in delay and instantaneous test stations, wired via terminals to meet 1-4P circuit breaker testing needs. Chamber temperature can be controlled from room temperature to 50 degrees C for stable, safe testing conditions.
The system performs time-delay tripping tests (1.13x, 1.45x, 2.55x rated current), instantaneous tripping tests (3-10x rated current), and temperature rise tests, automatically adjusting output current to verify circuit breaker performance under different operating conditions.
