Enquire About This Product
The RF Technology EV Chamber is an integrated electromagnetic compatibility test facility designed for full-vehicle and drivetrain EMC testing of electric and hybrid vehicles. The system combines an anechoic shielded chamber with a high-power dynamometer system, battery simulator, and supporting infrastructure, enabling motor controllers and complete EV powertrains to be tested under real operating conditions — including torque control, speed control, and power generation modes.
The chamber fully meets CISPR25 and GB/T 18655 requirements and accommodates all types of new energy vehicle motors, including buses, trucks, and passenger vehicles. The innovative insulated dynamometer motor spindle and insulated metal-shielded long axis enable fast motor installation and alignment, achieving the highest test speeds with excellent EMC performance across all standards.
Two dynamometer configurations are available: the Direct Drive Dynamometer System and the Dual-axis Loading Dynamometer System, with torque options of 570 N·m, 1000 N·m, and 4000 N·m, and maximum speeds of 8000, 12000, or 15000 rpm. Power ratings of 250kW, 300kW, and 350kW are available. The integrated High Performance Battery Simulator provides up to 1500V and ±1200A, with zero-time charge/discharge mode switching and regenerative energy return.
Supplied and installed in Australia by Finch Electronic Solutions as a complete turnkey project including civil works coordination, installation, and commissioning.
