Bidirectional DC Power Supply

Two-quadrant regenerative DC power from ActionPower's CORTEX, TITAN, and NEXUS platforms, scaling from 15kW laboratory units to megawatt-class battery and grid-scale test systems.

Bidirectional DC power supplies both source and sink DC power from a single unit, feeding absorbed energy back to the grid rather than dissipating it as heat. This makes them the preferred choice wherever a test involves genuine charge/discharge cycling — battery cycle-life testing, regenerative braking simulation, and any application where the same instrument needs to both power a device under test and absorb energy coming back from it.
